Possible Female Pet in Kansas

I believe I might be a pet and im interested in looking for an owner. The problem with this is I am extremely shy, I don't talk to many people and don't often leave the house. I'm looking for someone (man or woman) patient enough to lure me out, But gentle enough to help me break out of my shell.

At the moment, I'd say im a stray dripping wet in the rain.
