Maybe it was a disastrous shoot, maybe it was just talking to an older actress, or maybe she made the mistake of reading the comment section on a video but in any case, a porn star decides to call it quits (at least for a while) and goes back to her hometown to recharge and think about her next move.

Still, just because she wants out of porn, doesn't mean her past or her increased libido are done with her. After all, she got a small name for herself and it's not like the people who live in her hometown don't watch porn or ask questions to her parents and her body is use to getting almost constant stimulation, the sort that can't be handled with a quick rub.

So that's the premise. Here's a few ideas I thought up:

1. Childhood friend visits her and they talk about how things have been going. Interestingly, friend seems to really be interested in her lesbian film participation. They set up another meeting and pornstar finds a collection of lesbian films featuring her hidden in her friend's house. Turn's out friend has been hiding a crush for some time and has been closeted for some time as well. Pornstar's not sure how to feel at first (she's advertised herself as a bisexual performer but she rarely has spent anytime figuring out what she really is attracted to) but...if she can do some good for her friend and get off at the same time...

2. Spending time with family can be awkward especially when emotions get high. What's more awkward is if you find a family member has been watching your more extreme videos and commenting on them.

3. Our pornstar is trying to get back in a regular routine when a big hometown event occurs (the big game, festival, church function, etc.) well, while the town might not want her help, our lead knows a way to solve an issue that comes up.

4. The pornstar finds that her younger brother has grown up is curious about her and curious about sex so she decides to let him satisfy that curiosity. Perhaps the younger brother finds out about her career just as she returns. In any case, it's fantasy of mine to be seduced by pornstars who could be my big sister (Sinn Sage, Avy Scott, and Jelena Jensen).

I actually read a manga that had that as a premise. It actually was kind of fun since for once the male lead didn't have the biggest cock the porn star ever had and while she let her brother take the lead, she wasn't submissive and was really supportive of his exploration. It even ended with her admitting it wasn't the best she ever had...but they'd have plenty of opportunities to try again.

5. Relative or friend wants to get into porn. Our lead tries to either talk her out of it or decides to help...while showing how much the job sucks. Alternatively, the friend won't relent so our lead gives her some advice and some connections so she can make a better go of it.

You could use all the listed scenarios for that premise. Make it a chaptered series, where her return home is one insightful encounter after another. She runs into the closeted friend first and things go from there. Then she returns home to her family (chapter 2) and discovers her younger brother (GD88's suggestion) has been the one watching her porn videos and growing obsessed with her. Chapter 3 is the town festival, and her assistance, in whatever form it takes, is much appreciated, of course.

Each time she has an encounter she learns something new about herself and her sexuality. She either returns to the porn set or decides to pursue other interests, but in any case her self-confidence has been renewed and she emerges a stronger woman for it. She could use that confidence to help the friend in chapter 5.

You could also comment on how Internet piracy and free streaming sites have crippled the porn industry. Perhaps that's why she calls it quits, as all the lucrative opportunities have dried up and directors can't get paid anymore. But she was an up and coming starlet. It's hard for a gal to get a good job or taken seriously after porn became there's such a stigma attached to it (check out what's happened with Bree Olsen). Faced with that reality, maybe your character wonders "Where do I go from here?" and loses her sense of self.

It cold certainly work as a continued narrative. Piracy and online video could be a contributing factor but I figure that would be more of a background factor (she muses on it when her brother's favorited vids are all from free tube sites, she looks at a new contract that's being offered and when she asks about some requirements (taking a page from Kink.com's treatment of its talent which ranges from 'abusing our employees need for a paycheck' to 'dear god, a villain from a 90s underground comic got out') they use the excuse of pirated vids.

I figure it could end a few ways, though I'd like it to at least end with her having some acceptance in her hometown or at least a few individuals who agree to have her back no matter what.

A more comical scenario I was thinking was that the homecoming game is coming up and the school wasn't able to get a smaller school to come play and get crushed. Instead, their rivals are going to play them and based on their performance, it's going to be a curb stomp.

So our lead puts a wig on, heads over to the other city and fucks the starting line to exhaustion then heads back home, barely tired, and goes to the game the next day to watch her hometown pull up a close win.

I recall a report that a young Joan Crawford pulled a train with the USC football team that included Marion Morrison aka John Wayne the night before an important game that USC lost. Was she supporting their rivals?

Now for something a bit different. In the Las Vegas unemployment office, no shit, ELVIS IMPERSONATOR is an official job category. Let's posit a Burbank or San Fernando unemployment office where PORN STAR is an official listing. Our main character finds herself out of work and the job office has no openings at the moment, so she returns home to... Topeka? Tupelo? Toledo? Think of the possibilities...
