Hmm... now that you mention it... I might be misremembering the story of my ex-GF and you just revived a few long-lost brain cells. Now that I think about it, part of the flirting was that she had to agree to marry him for him to pull the cord because he said "we can get an annulment on the ride down if you want". I used to watch 911 and one of the segments they showed was a guy who was getting something out of the back of his freezer, and like many people do when they're concentrating he stuck his tongue out and got stuck to the inside of the little freezer. Luckily (Cause this was the 90s) his phone was on the side of the fridge and he was able to call for help. Although the operators had a hard time understanding him. The paramedics when they arrived didn't even take him to the hospital after so it couldn't of been that bad. They just poured warm water over his tongue until it came loose.

But what if the phone hadn't been in reach and there had been someone living with him, or her if you wanna change the gender.

Yeah... I like the idea of getting to the top of the escalator and the dress getting caught and partially torn. She find herself on her hands and kneels... hands on the floor and kneels on the final step of the escalator... dress pulled tight into the gears. The escalator automatically stops. The people on the escalator behind her file up and walk past her, some pausing to try to help, others just stepping past.

One helpful young man tries to free her dress from the escalator, only succeeding in ripping it a little more and exposing her nice ass a little. She tells him to stop - that she has no panties or bra under the dress. She's embarrassed at the thought of finding herself in the middle of the mall totally naked.
