I can enjoy a good porn film from time to time, but specifically it it the sound that I enjoy so if someone spits or makes a ridiculous attempt at faking it it turns me off immediately. I think it might be because, as others have mentioned, I often don't get to see the screen anyway. I have tried watching BDSM porn but I actually found it disturbing as the subs just really didn't look like they wanted to be there (and not being sadistic this obviously is not for me) Also with others I couldn't get into the place of the sub so it was like 'yeah rite whatever' .
