Sadly (for the groups wishing to regulate the Internet they way they've attempted to regulate non-syndicated television and radio), it's very, very difficult to regulate the internet with laws; they already have enough of a problem regulating spam distribution and fraud. Personally I think restrictions regarding sex and obscenity and what's suitable for children to view should be set by their parents, NOT the government.

I'm glad the Supreme Court struck this down.

What's the fuss about? When I'm writing porn, I always save it, just as I save anything I'm doing. Otherwise, you lose everything when you turn off your computer.
