Miles likes to play the "victim game". Every time he gets his hand slapped by a moderator, he first rationalizes his behavior ("I had to do it because everybody knows if the tables were turned, my political opponents would do that to meee!") and then, after the dust settles, denies it ever happened in the first place.

Bottom line: He's a victim.....A VICTIM, DAMMIT!
