Girl thinks he's being suspiciously nice but takes him up on his offer and soon they're visiting with each other more and more.

Girl finally comes clean with whatever is bothering her and guy helps her with it. Girl thanks him and kisses him. He kisses her back and they have sex. They keep their relationship a secret but people start spreading rumors, the girl's family thinking he's a lecherous old man, while the neighborhood thinks she's a prostitute who's trying to take advantage of their neighbor.

Much lighter version: Girl needs more money than the route is giving her so she makes sure to take a little extra time, stretching and posing at each stop to see which houses give her a good look. She sees guy and offers a "special subscription" if he'd like to spend some more time with her. She leaves him with a smile each day and she gets to make more money.
