We've all heard the urban legend about polynesian/hawaiian tribes sacrificing a virgin to appease the angry volcano god, right?
Tweak the concept just a bit and have them sacrificing some virginity to appease the god.
Imagine you have a nice-looking but somewhat shy 18-20 year old taking a vacation on some exotic island. One night, while alone in bed in his motel room, the guy is set upon by several muscular native men. During the struggle, he is somehow knocked out. He comes to tied to a stone altar in a cave.
