Vlad was known as The Impaler so I'm not sure the two are just exactly the same. But I feel certain they share a similar point, so to speak. We may need to ask Shereads for a ruling on that issue.

Maybe. Except it's my understanding that Vlad was a model of modern political correctness. He not only impaled Turkish males, he saw to it that Turkish women and children, along with Christians of all shapes, sizes, sex, and country of origin shared in the experience.
