A Polk County Sheriff's deputy was killed in a shooting early Tuesday morning and Sheriff Grady Judd said he was likely killed by another deputy's bullet but that the subject of the warrant is the one who caused the situation.

Buttholes.

It's called the Felony Murder Rule.

If you commit a felony and someone gets killed while you're doing it, you're responsible for the death.

What insurrectionists?

As far as I know, no one has been charged with, or convicted of, insurrection.

Oh, pardon me. How about 'seditious conspiracy' and violent action taken to further that goal?

Who are they?

So far almost everyone has pleaded guilty to, or been convicted of, "parading without a permit" so whatever you think you're alluding to needs reevalutated for accuracy.

Are you not keeping up with the J6 news?

"The most serious federal charges yet in the Jan. 6 insurrection were unsealed Thursday. The leader of the Oath Keepers, a right-wing paramilitary group, and 10 of his members were charged with seditious conspiracy for attempting to overthrow the U.S. government."

Have they been convicted of that yet? Or even pleaded guilty to it?

No?

Hmmm. Maybe you're getting ahead of yourself here...

So far, there is 100% conviction rate for j6 defendants.

Oath Keeper Joshua James :

"An Oath Keeper who served as private security for right-wing figures around January 6 pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy and is cooperating with the Justice Department, becoming the first person charged with seditious conspiracy related to the attack to strike a plea deal"

99.999%

There was one acquittal. The guy he was with that faced the same charges was convicted. The acquittal was by a Donny Judge as I recall. A Judge that should be investigated.

Sounds right to me. She started a fight and a cop got killed because of it. Doesnt really matter who shot who in terms of her charges. Might with the other cop but doesn't have to.

As always, Harpy’s finger is on the pulse.

Ah, I wasn't aware of that.

So, we have 1 conviction. Wasn't there someone recently who said that 1 doesn't make the rule? I believe that you, I mean someone, said that not too long ago.

I never said I was infallible.

Meanwhile you sit on the sidelines waiting to bark fiercely as if you are the champion of the vanguard rather than the least of the cheer section.

Good boy.

Well, since he found a cooperation deal to make with the Justice Department there is a good chance that other shoes will be dropping.

LOL, how long have you been sitting that one? 🤣

Maybe. The wheels of politics are about to change direction and the antics of those behind the curtain have been exposed.

You sure that’s the word you were shooting for?
Yes.

It's not my fault you didn't understand the nuances of what I said and instead chose to blab your inadequacies all over the internet. You shoulda kept yer trap shut and pondered the point which was made. But did you?

Nope.

Oh, I clearly understood the “nuance of what you said,” but it was such a weak, bland and uninspired insult I thought I’d give you a chance to regroup and step up your game. But could you?

Nope.

So you "understood" the nuance but failed to comprehend why I chose to use the word "inequalities"?

Yeah, that makes zero sense except to someone trying to cover their ass for a rather obvious fuckup on your part.

LOL, look at you trying to deflect. I bet your colleagues across the courtroom sucker you into traps all the time.
