Having it in a culdesac makes it harder for some of the usual suspects from working their, "Just passing by, and wanted to stick my head in for a derisive blurt" shtick. Kind of hard to claim you think the entire subject matter is unworthy of attention when you clicked on a forum heading titled "Politics."
