Try breathing. Push all the air out and then slowly suck some more back into your lungs. If nothing else the head rush will take your mind off of things.

You may also want to consider going through academic complaint channels if you feel you were personally targeted by this, or if you feel that this particular curricula is nothing more than the professor trying to imprint his political agenda on students rather than teach what he's supposed to.

Because you all wanted to hear about my latest foray into the Poli Sci department-we knew my thesis on the quasi-alliance between the LGBT community and Reproductive Rights activists being considered last semester was going to have some serious karmatic backlash. (Is that even coherent?)

Heere it is, I walked into my Political Science class expecting a lecture on Mills' The Subjugation Of Women and ended up listening to a lecture on how any push for equality will ultimitely lead to a society that enforces "Forced Abortion" and Eugenics, supposedly supported by Margaret Sanger...(How is he qualified to teach a lecture on feminism-wht support does he have for his arguments aside from poorly researched Fundamentalist preachings???) I swear, if he weren't Jewish, I'd reccomend that he apply for a tenured position at Bob Jones... I'm so mad I could scream!
