I've been tossed from most of the organized parties and don't click on links.

Why wasn't Hedonist on the list?

The vast majority of Lit members are card-carying members...

I don't vote. Not even registered though I could of years ago.

Plus, I'm a middle-upper class white male. I'm taken care of no matter what.

I used to not vote because I didn't think my vote would make a difference. Then I realized how many people felt that way and that together they would make a difference.

So now I vote. For what it's worth.

so should I wear chaps or some tight shorts as I ride the fence? I have always had a fetish for splinters in my nuts.

Centrist here

And i vote...

Look at it this way...If you don't vote.....Then don't bitch about the people who are elected...You didn't do anything but sit on your ass at election time..

If you don't vote you have no right to Bitch...

Sure I do, I didn't put that fucker in office, you did.

:D

Well I didn't put that Fucker in office.....The Supreme Cort did...I didn't vote for him...

my point is that you did nothing...so why bitch if you won't make the effort to vote...you let others pick the president

I am oddly amused raw, I really figured you'd score in the 100% portion of the far right. Damn, there is hope for you yet!

Centrist as well, leaning to the left (just left of the "C" in Centrist on the chart), and I do vote.

By the way, yes, there was a very biased Supreme Court that attempted repeatedly to retroactively change the election rules so their party's candidate would be elected President. They were the Florida Supreme Court, and thank God the US Supreme Court stopped this blatant attempt by partisan Democrats acting under the cover of being "judges" to change the election results.

Funny how the Florida Supreme Court's outrageous role in things is never mentioned in the media anymore...

Actually, I don't bitch about the goverment. As long as we're making some money and bombing brown people, we're right on the American Way.

It probably has a lot to do with the questions that were asked and with the fact that it's a Libertarian site that's posting the poll.

Left-Liberals prefer self-government in personal matters and central decision-making on economics. They want government to serve the disadvantaged in the name of fairness. Leftists tolerate social diversity, but work for economic equality.

I don't think it's a biased poll. Yes, it may need more questions, but to see if you can end up somewhere else on the chart, choose different answers to the questions and see where you stand then.

Well, I disagree with the notion that conservatives want no personal self-government. That's just idiotic. I don't know too many people of any political affiliation that would support a full-blown draft all the time. The question about government controlling the media is also interesting. I do agree that the government should monitor it because I don't want gore and porn on public TV at 10:00 AM while my 2 year old can see it. But having them control the media insinuates propaganda, which I've always associated with the left rather than the right. I believe Marx was a pretty big supporter of it, but I may be confusing my philosophers.

Interesting....if you don't agree on your chosen ideology's beliefs, then maybe you are more of a fence rider??
