BTW dingbat, Hydrogen isn't one of the noble gasses. It's non metallic and it's also not silica. By default, that leaves carbon as the base for the atom. Unless you're going to tell us that there's another base that science doesn't know about which consists of the hydrogen atom alone.

As the coup de grace to your stupid insistence on ignorance, did you know that you can create hydrogen by dissolving charcoal (which is carbon) in acid?
