Friday night here is "Glow in the Dark Bowling". You need to wear a white shirt or something that will stand out under the black lights. Then there is the silver disco ball, smoke and shaking floors to all add to the fun. Not that I've ever gone, the kids have birthday parties there.

My husband's buddy has tried to get us to go Glowbowling and we havn't done it yet. It sounds really fun and I want to do it, but I am worried I'll have a "flashback' or something.

Yes, it's ten-pinning I fancy. I play a lot of boules in France. I want to hear the rolling of the bowls and the clatter of the pins and the glow of satisfaction at the strike. Francis Drake knew nothing of that.
And all the clumsy 1960's mechanical clatter. Even a glow in the dark bowl would be good.

this is the first night in on my own I've had for........I can't remember, maybe 20 years: more like 25.
