PM Box Full???

I just got an email informing me that my PM box is full.

There are only five messages in my Inbox and four messages in my Sent Messages box.

Does anyone know what the capacity is, and why I got this email? Seems like I've had many more PMs in there at other times.

It's a miracle! Wow, thanks! I think that it's now even showing messages that I deleted long ago. (Scratches semi-bald head.) I don't get it.

I don't understand why the system rejected a PM because my box was supposedly full. What do I have to do to free it up to receive messages again?
