PM Box Full????

I am having simlair problem

Messages in tracking are not showing up for me

did you check your sent messages folder?

Try setting all messages to the "beginning" ... Both Sent and Inbox messages should be deleted, then go to "message tracking" and also set that to the "beginning" and delete all messages.

I understand that some PM's are important and you'd like to keep them, my suggestion is to cut and paste to Word and save from there.

Yes, that "sent items" folder can trip you up. Watch out for that one.

One more point.

You can quickly check the exact numbers of messages that count against your limit -- inbox and sent, but NOT tracked messages -- by going to the forums index and looking at the very bottom of the page where there is a Private Messages summary.

100 total messages; as listed on the main page summary.

In certain conditions, you can temporarily exceed that by one or two, but the limit is 100 PMs and if you're at or over that limit, you get the notice that your box is full.
