Plot in bondage scenario

I've got something half written. The main character "has her where he wants her". And I don't know how to wrap up the story -- it's all buildup and I don't want to have it end with "he sticks it in, comes in 3 seconds, and it's over". How do I get out of this?

It's a consensual/both getting off on it scenario. Ideas? Anything? Guess this is writers block.

It really depends on what you mean by got her where he wants her?

If he has her bound and gagged and helpless then i would suggest that he describes what he intends to do to her including lots of verbal abuse like calling her a slut, whore, bitch, cum bucket etc and then teasing her to the very edge of an orgasm before leaving her to come down frustrated; repeat this several times before making her do the hard work to get her own orgasm to break but ensuring she has to service him.
