Can anyone who reads this please pray for my mum? I've just heard she's been involved in a road trafic accident and I am waiting to hear more details then go and visit her. I'd appreciate all prayers for her as I do not know how serious it is.

thank you, all :rose:

Hi all, many, many, many thanks for all your thoughts and prayers, they are very much appreiciated. You are all stars.

Firstly, Mum is okay. She has a fairly big cut to her head which has been stitched up and complains of various aches and pains (as expected) and will be kept in the hospital over night for observation.

My mum wasn't driving, she was in a little MG sports car thing with her friend Robin and at the moment we do not know if Robin has survived. Mum said that they lost control of the back of the car (no idea why or where they were) and Robin grabbed her arm and said "hang on tight" when she came round she felt for his pulse, felt it, but then it seemed to just stop. She lost consciousness agin, though -so she has no idea, really what happened. So my concern now is that mum may have just lost her best friend.

So if you could keep us all in your prayers, my mum, her friend Robin and my sister, who lives with Mum and is a very sensitive soul, prone to chronically worrying then we'd all be massively grateful.

I'm doing okay, shook up,but okay. Glad mums injuries are not severe, well that is an understatement. Beth is coping well too, she's been in hospital herself, she's seen me in ther once too -she knows they are good places where doctors help people get better- and she knows Grandma will be okay.

My husband is a rock, he's just well, amazing.

Anyway, I'mrambling -basically I wanted to say thank you all so very much, knowing we're in so many peoples prayers and thoughts is wonderfully comforting :rose:

So sorry El, glad your mum is okay..will pray for all of you and hope your mum does not lose her best friend
