Hi all...
I'm posting a plea for one of my most amazing best friends ever. Steffi is such an inspirational lady, and we've been friends for years; we share the same filthy sense of humour, ridiculously high sex drives, and our love of every flavour except vanilla!!
Anyway, Steffi had been a diabetic since childhood...and had a below the knee amputation in 2003, closely followed by the complete loss of her sight a week later. By June 2003, she was registered blind.
In 2006, Steffi had a major car crash and shattered both legs( she wasn't driving I hasten to add!!), and had been diagnosed with renal failure six weeks previously.
Months of rehabilitation and dialysis followed...and being the stubborn cow that she is, she coped with everything that was thrown at her. All whilst single handedly raising her beautiful well mannered son.
In 2011, she had a double transplant; whilst at home recovering, she started chatting on dating sites on Facebook...and started chatting to a Dudley man called Scott.
Months of chatting, phone sex and dirty pics followed. Only six months later, he moved down to Cornwall, him and Steffi met for the first time, and moved in together all on the same day!!
They have now just celebrated their one year anniversary...and are totally and utterly in love. They are the most fabulous couple, who I am proud to call my friends.
They have made it to the final five of a competition to win an all expenses wedding.
