Well, speechless here, ttvttp. Thank you for this. Do you know, I tried finding this and on my computer it it wouldn't pull it up until I clicked on the link you provided? Now, I'm kinda understanding what some others said about the site being difficult to navigate. Wow. Again, thank you so much for this. Although this is a a little disheartening. I certainly understand now what you meant by counting words. Readers aren't going to do that. What are they thinking?

No I am saying it's a lot harder to calculate word count. You have to go in each story tally up the pages and then actually do math. Not for me. On storiesonline you just have to understand that a 550k story is around 100,000 words.

I guess my late-year flurry didn't qualify me. No problem. Anyway, I wouldn't want to be in any club that would accept me.

Here are four categories in the Clitorides where it's unlikely that nominations will get overwhelmed by SOL readers, as they're pretty wide open right now, with few nominees. A big part of the SOL readership will have already made their nominations by now.

If you know of a deserving story in one of these categories, your nominee stands a good chance of not having to compete with any huge SOL fanbases overwhelming the voting. So these are the categories where the merits of the story will have an edge.

Best Seasonal Story
Best Horror Story
Best Voyeur/Exhibition Story
Short Erotic Story of the year.
