i'm sorry to here about your loss..it sounds like you are in the shock/denial stage, it's a very normal place to be in, i imagine if you make it to the grave at some point the crying/anger stage will set in. don't worry, just let it out.

something i might suggest that could be very cleanseing is to maybe go to a private spot you two enjoyed together, or maybe even like a small restruant, and either light a candle, or have a drink in memory of the good times you and your former lover/friend shared together. it might be really nice to take a walk through a park or something you two spent some time together in, and leave soemthing thier that reminds you of him. or even go to his place of rest, if thier is one, and do that. that way you are doing something yourself that celebrates him for the speical person he was in your life.

and if you can't think of a place, you could light a candle in your home and spend some time thinking about him, or maybe you could donate to a chairty he cares about abit in memorium.
