Get the lite suggested by Readyone, but i didn't see it on the site suggested in that post, try this site KaZaa Lite++

The link I posted will start FTPing a file to your machine from ftp://gd.tuwien.ac.at/pc/bazar/kazaalite/klitekpp243e.exe

If that doesn't happen, then your browse may have FTP support missing or disabled or need to have "Passive FTP" enabled. For IE, open Tools / Internet Options / Advanced and look just after the "underline links" option and before the "HTTP 1.1" options for "Use Passive FTP".
