Has anyone heard of, used, or know someone who have used this supplement called BODY SOLUTIONS? I've heard alot about it on several radio stations here in CA. and a few of the DJ's claim to have used it and received sucessful results. A friend of mine suggested it to me once but she's never used it. She's only heard the same thing that I've heard on the radio. Usually, I only use supplements that I have used in the past or at least from companies that I am very familiar with (i.e., Optimum Nutrition, EAS, Twinlab, etc.).
So if anyone know anything about this stuff (good, bad, not so so), please help me out with that. Is it worth the money or not?

never heard of it...
but what are you trying to do? Lose weight? gain muscle?

I've finally decided to get off of my happy ass and get back into the gym. I've been powerlifting for about a decade and want to begin working on getting "cut". So basically, I will continue working with the weights but working more on my cardiovascular training as well to speed up the fat loss.

I know the perfect guy for you to talk to... he wanders the boards once in a while. If you're serious about this, email me, and I'lll talk to him and email you what he knows. He's training for the WWF, so he knows a lot about fitness and the body.

I've never heard of it. Alot of people over here use Metabolife but it's making some of the sick. Just be careful of those supplements (I know, yes mommy). Is it an herbal base?? Just read all the ingredients. Stay away from Ephedra unless you have a VERY strong heart.

Never heard of it. Have you talked to your friendly neighborhood GNC? Hydroxycuts is killer.

Actually BB, I've used ephedrine since 1993 and have had nothing but great results from it. In fact, lost 20 pounds of bodyfat in 5 months when I used it. I am currently using Twinlab's Metabolift (been around much longer than Metabolife) but I may have to stop for a while (cycle) because the effects has worn off.

my sister sells this stuff and my doctor even said it was ok....

they have just about everything.
Thanks Jaded, I will keep that in my fav file and consider it. Of course, I'm the type to carefully review and research supplements before I use them.

MY ULTIMATE FINAL SOLUTION

Okay guys, let me explain something about myself. I have been training since 1985 but I've been out of the gym (regularly) for about a year and, quite frankly, it shows. I have many years experience with many sports nutritional supplements and drugs. In fact, my last resort is to find a doctor who injects his/her patients with HCG. HCG is an anabolic steroid that promotes fat loss and metabolism gain. How well does it work? Let's just say that I had to get smaller police uniforms in a month. But as I say, that is my ultimate final solution.

Cool Myst, I would appreciate that. E-mail me when you hear something.

While we're on the subject, anyone know of anything good for detoxifying?

The Hollywood Diet and Cybergenics makes a diet that does the same thing.

I've heard of the Hollywood diet thing. Is that shit healthy?

I used Zenadrine- which is one step above Hydroxycut- which is one step above Metabolife...

I'm 24.. 5'4" and 20/30 lbs more than 'whats expected'.. I didn't notice much difference for fat burn-off as I did in muscle tone.. but that's because I was running 3 miles a day.

Everyone else I know uses it for a quick 'pick me up'.

To be quite honest with you, it may be fairly healthy as it may contain the minimal required vitamins and minerals. But as soon as you've lost the weight, you'll gain it back in a matter of a week or two. You are mostly6 losing water. which returns when you've consumed enough water.
As for as the one made by Cybergenics, I know that they make 2 forms of weight loss programs. One is called Cybertrim, which promises to help you lose up to 14 pounds in 2 weeks. I can't remember the other one, which I've used once, that is a 6 week program. From my experience, the six week program works great. The 2 week program did nothing for me.

I think you're referring to Xenadrine by Cytodyne. I've done alot of reading on that product and, personally, know someone using it. I've read and heard nothing but positive things about that product. I've learned that you can get the same results from Twinlab's Metabolift using up to 6 capsules a day as opposed to MuscleTech's Hydroxycut, which requires up to 12 capsules a day. That could get quite expensive.

Oh lord. I can't afford to lose more than 5 pounds. I'll look like a twig.
