First of all,...I request no posts to be made to this thread. I am NOT going to answer any posts.
This thread is intended solely for the benefit of the COMMUNITY to read, and then share opinions in PM's.

As I suggested BEFORE,...on matters of DIRE emergency, I can readily see where a Forum Moderator needs to move quickly and effectively in
MOVING or DELETING a thread,(due to illegalities).

Being in a *FLAME* war anywhere is no fun,... THE COMMUNITY always loses.

Public postings reprimanding a persons thread topic or, even a separate post in such a manner, DOES create a situation where lines are drawn.

Had Risia not come forth when her aid was requested,...I would STILL be involved in a *FLAMING*. Even by my posting this thread,...and ANNOUNCING plainly, that I wish for NO ONE to post to it, will subject me to cynical barbs in the future.

Other than DIRE EMERGENCIES, what harm is it for a Forum Moderator, to post a private message to someone, instead of public reprimands ?

IF,...Private Messaging doesn't correct what is THOUGHT of as an INFRACTION of the RULES,...then why don't the Forum Moderators take a simple majority vote,...and 2 out of 3 prevail,...while at the same time,...all 3 stand behind the decision ? Issue is over,...NO debates,...DONE deal !!!

I mean this thread to be HELPFUL,..cynical remarks
and accusations will ONLY spread the *FIRE*. I ask
my FRIENDS especially, to NOT post in defense of any accusations or cynical remarks that may be made against me,...I don't NEED defending.
