YES sorry PAM is a name brand of a product that one could spary onto a pan, cookie sheet to stop things from sticking...
mine is sodium free calorie free fat free cholesterol free a blend of pure canola oil and a heat resistant non-darking release agent in a crystal clear spray. Won't alter food's natual flavor. Contains No Chlorofluorocabons. Use on all cooking surfaces & utensils for stick-free cooking, baking, and sauteing.
