Do people really get off on that stuff?

I could never get into the whole BDSM thing. It seemed like some weird cult thing. Hitting a woman? For fun? Putting chains on her, and referring to her as a slave? Shit! Weird ass fucks!

Two or three years ago when my mom asked what I wanted for christmas I told her a set of tinker toys and linconlogs, the real kind, not the plastic ones. I thought it was a simple request, just something from my childhood I kinda missed.

I got some books and a note.

I love you, but not that much.

Along with a price list that showed an original drum of lincoln logs going for over 100$ and the same for tinker toys.


Total shock.

She did get them for me last year. It seems they are making them again thank goodness. In todays world of high end super elctronic gizmos and games I am glad to know there is still room for imagination in a kids world.

Have I got news for you!

Wanting to buy something like Meccano for my son some years back, I stumbled onto the new replacement. No plastics, all real ironware in the same vein.
It's called Construx or Construction. He sold the stuff so I can't look it up.

Lego is still great though. I loved it when my son was young, gave me an excellent excuse to play with it as well. And without brothers to interfere.

Anyone seen those little Atari joysticks? Its just a joystick and it has an old school Atari in it with a stack of games. Thumbs up.
