1- take a condom
2- fill it with water
3- tie it off at the end
4- put it in the freezer (if you put it on its side you will get a ridge along that edge. interesting texture. if you want it cylindrical hand it straight down)
5- lube frozen condom (lube will help it move around, and reduce some of the risks. not negate. reduce.)
6- insert
7- throw away when done. you can always make a new one, dont re-use

We have tried it and it works wonders. The only thing I would recommend it not to fill the condom too full. One condom shattered as it was freezing because of the size. Another one, had to melt a bit, because it was difficult to insert even though it was thoroughly lubricated. for a cylinder shape, slide the water filled condom into an empty toilet paper roll or paper towel roll. And if you want ridges, go to office depot and get some rubber bands. Get the skinny ones, and the right size so you can put around the condom once or twice to only slightly indent the shape. Then, slide it into the empty toilet paper tube and then into the freezer.
