LING, that isn't quite what I meant.

She couldn't understand why the first pill was making me sick. She thought it was the dosage (the original theory was it wasn't high enough) I explained it to her through the Coke / Pepsi analogy.

In other words - one drug works fine and a different version of the same drug makes me sick as hell. I take a specific drug (like a cola) and not all substitutes / manufacturers work for me.

OK got it;) didnt expect to solve a Riddle haha
oh & I do drink "Juice" and "other Stuff as well & lWater

I drink juice and water (good for diabetics) but a fair amount of pop (mostly colas, hence the analogy) I've switched to diet since the diabetes though.

being a diet cocaholic, I started taking a liter of brewed ice tea w/ a bit of sweet-n-lo in it to work every day- helps me keep away from the colas.

Never have much liked Iced Tea (will drink the raspberry on a rare occasion). For me, substitutes rarely work. I was able to switch from Pepsi to Diet, that's as far as it goes.

Keeping it thrown forward. Hope all are well and enjoying life.

Hello All

Over a month with no one posting in here. That just isn't right for what was once one of the most flourishing threads on LIT.

BUMP.

Hoping all are well.

Sorry that I missed you LING but nice to see someone showing up on the thread. Two posts in a day. I remember when there used to be several.

Nice to see you as well LILY. It's been some time since we've seen this many posts in a day.

As am I LILY but I do take a few minutes out of my day to check in with LIT and see if any friends might be about. I am a CM on one thread and have my own too. I just wish a few more of the older crowd would show up more often.

Agreed

Personally I think we should post a reward for anyone who hunts them down and drags them back to the thread,

Then, if they don't play nice, we shoot them.

That's what they do on the GB, ya know.

LOL I refuse to go to the GB

Good to hear LILY. I've heard the monsters out there make the characters in "Twilight" look like "The Muppet Babies".

Have to take a small break as I head home (love being mobile now) and pop in to the store to get some groceries. Back in about 45

Okay, so I've seen the numbers next to people's names or in their siggy and have often wondered about that...scratched my head a few times...and finally I've seen the light...I'm pretty sure I've never posted on the GB for any reason...Though I've heard a lot said about the people who do post there...Anyway, I consider myself a playgrounder and proud of it...:p

Hello SIMONE and welcome to the thread from another (oft-published) writer.

In the early days of the PG, once you had posted enough times to be considered a regular, you were given a ceremony and assigned a number.

BrettJ - still PLAYGROUNDER 130 and proud of it

Oooooooooooh, I see...Interesting and good to know...I'd always wondered where the numbers came from next to people's names...Now I know...thanks for clearing up that little mystery for me...Wow, you've published a lot...A lot, a lot...

Oh no SIMONE - I wasn't talking about my LIT postings. While I am happy to be a contributor here, I write erotica professionally. I passed Story 1200 a few months back.

I love what I do even if I loathe deadlines.

Extremely cool...I'm working on it...the writing erotica professionally thing...the thing is, it is work...I mean yes I knew that, but still...work...wow...

Let me know if I can be of any help SIMONE. I have ideas spilling forth at all times.

The best advice I can give is let your inhibitions go when writing erotica but know your own comfort zone.
