I have to have Surgery. Probably first week of Sept, but I'll know for sure tomorrow when I meet with my doc, had to see a Nurse Practioner, my doc was in Surgery. The cyst is the size of a grapefruit and the fallopian tube is severly swollen and full of fluids. So they are going to take both the ovary and the tube.
