Yeah, I'm afraid my back and my hip are both a lil outta whack! I stepped off a 10 foot ladder the other night... 2 rungs to soon. Didn't really bother me til the last 2 days... put in 22 hours yesterday and today.

I missed the top rung (by ten horizontal feet) on a ladder once , found it 2-1/2 stories down. Good thing I was on the fifth floor rather than the second. Ouch.

Hope you heal up soon.

Twenty-two hours is too long. Gotta stop at eighteen or so.
