LOL at the moment I seem to be waking at around 7 no matter what time I get to bed, be it 3 or even later.

most of the time I get only about 4 - 5 hours... last night was an exception.

I usually get to bed about 3 am or so and my son is pouncing on me by 7 - 7:30
