Thanks RED - I want to keep putting out a lot of new material this coming year and as I've said to you elsewhere, I need to finish some things. I don't know how much energy I will have this week, but I have one on the boards for later today if I'm feeling up to it. If not, will start tomorrow.

Good morning, all; what a great way to prepare for work. How much better can the day get, when we get to run around on the Playground before being responsible, working adults?

Wow fellow Canuck Stegral, LTNS.

If you are wondering what RED meant about healing, had full dental surgery earlier today. I can no longer say "Suffering Succotash" (and anyone who eats that would suffer - lima beans and corn, ick!)

I go beyond hate Stegral.

I was terrified. Beyond rational fear. I won't say some of the things I did before going in, but ...

I literally just faced down my all-time biggest fear. Nothing in life will likely scare me that much again.

Plus, I will never need to see a dentist again.

I'll take your shitty month Stegral and raise you a shitty year. But I sympathize. I am honestly hoping that maybe, once the healing is done and everything starts to go up, that life may cut me some slack. I will add those good thoughts to you as well.

Seriously bud, if you feel crappy (physically) call it a night, go to bed and zone out. I am waiting for one of my dearest friends to come on line so I can update her and then, nap time.

I'll join you in the decade STEGRAL although there was someone in my life - briefly - who shone like a star and some of that light came my way for a bit. And I do like my writing career, but yes, it's been rough.

Numbers haven't been handed out in some time, as the people that used to do them (badge ceremonies, etc.) aren't on much - if at all - any more.

You're already a Playgrounder just by showing up, so welcome. Post in here and you'll meet others.

Were it up to me, I'd suggest having a few members who post frequently (like myself, humble smut peddler that I am) begin re-assigning numbers.

Butterfly please, Ive technically been a playgrounder for 2 years now :D but it would be nice if you or someone else took up the torch and assigned me a lovely number that I could add to my siggy, it's quite boring and sad. Thanks for the kind words
 
BUTTERFLY, I would only do so with approval of some other long-term members and we'd also need more than a few. It used to be men did women and vice-versa. This thread isn't mine, I am merely one of the custodians.

I do have my own thread though. :)

We have had enough older members popping in lately that is isn't impossible to consider.

I did 18 ceremonies. They were fun while they lasted. I don't think I'd be moved to do more though, one of those chapters in life that are now closed. There are plenty of other folks though that if they wish to take up the "ceremony" torch, I'm sure folks wouldn't mind.
