Yeah WYLD, still here - lurking about.

I have been on for hours, but was in the midst of a conversation with TD and another person, finishing a new submission and keeping busy as I could.

Ahhh.....I understand. You are a busy man. Glad you're calmer now. ;)

Writing

I am a firm believer that the only way to improve as a writer is to keep writing. Just keep doing it.

But it doesn't hurt to look at writers you like and their technique or ask a question or two.

I agree....I love to write...a varitey of genres. I've written every day since I was 12.....obviously things have changed since then. But the passion to write it still there.

More on writing

That is it in a nutshell WYLD - write as much as you can and enjoy it.

I don't write every day, life gets in the way - but I do have a passion for it.

Write about things that make you smile or interest you - if you're not interested in knitting, for example, don't write about it.

Morning, Brett. Hope this finds you well and happy!

My problem is an over-interest in knitting. Specifically Knit Club. Meeting in basements with like-minded wool heads, for intensive bare knuckle knitting sessions.

Nothing was solved when the knitting was over. But nothing mattered.

Haha....you don't know the half of it.... ;)

Hey, yes! A very brave lady! I wonder if her adrenalin levels have returned to normal yet?!

H was briefly at home between the hours of 10.40PM yesterday and 09.30AM today.

How pleased am I that the RC came with a lifetime guarantee?!!

She was very brave indeed, was a pleasure to be there to cheer her on along with her family and other friends.

At least you got to spend a bit of time together then. :)

Very fortunate......
