Plantar Fascitis

Enough time to develop a DVT... yea... free xray though :)
And get this. Middle of a heatwave, all drinks machines out of order including free water dispenser. Seven hours in a wheelchair sweating like a BASTARD trying not to spew. Triage nurse at the 4 hour point gave me HALF a cup of warm water to swallow two ibruprofens.

Oh and a handcuffed wankbiscuit out of his gourd on mamba with four cops with him. He got in before me.

And whilst I'm moaning, why the fuck has calamine lotion disappeared? It's on eBay for £15 a bottle!

Having been around athletes my entire life, I can tell you that PF is among the worst things that can happen. Every case is different, and healing is subjective. Some athletes' careers end because they can never fully recover. All the suggestions here are apt, but I would definitely seek professional help. Don't go to a quack. Go to your PCP and let him/her refer you to a specialist. In the meantime, don't so anything to make it worse.

Happy feet helped a lot. I used the insoles. But I also got a pair of sandals. ** Happy Feet **

I also slept in the boots made for sleeping in at night. Helped a shit ton!!!

Go to a podiatrist and have a mold made for each foot for custom made full -foot orthodic. Most insurance plans will pay a portion of the cost. Another option is the green "Super feet" orthodic insert for those who suffer from plantar fasciitis..about 40$ and well worth it.
