Besides Orbitz, Yahoo, Expedia, CheapTickets, and Priceline(dumb), does anyone know anywhere to look for cheap plane tickets 3 weeks in advance of travelling?

I was pretty much a travel agent for a governement agency ... that will only cost you more money, that you really don't need to spend. If it is a major trip, find a friend who has the know how - hell, I would do it for you. But it is much more cheaper to do it on your own vs. having an agency do everything for you.
