Places Acceptable to Post Book For Sale

I haven't done too much digging, but I'm hoping someone can give me a quick answer. Is the sticky on AH the only place on Lit to post a link to your book? A book being on a third-party website, up for sale. I just want to know the fine line.

You have to be published on Lit ( have posted stories ) to use the sticky thread, and the same applies to the other place it's allowed, which is in the signature of your posts.

Thank you! I plan on posting on Lit for 6+ Months before I release an ebook that's ready for sale, I just wanted to approach is properly. I appreciate your help.
