Heres the Story:

There are three major pirates that sail the seas. Two of these are open to grabs if anyone wishes to play them the third one will be played by me. We will need crew members some captives and alot of intrigue. My idea was that these pirates are all after one thing and that would be an ancient treasure on one of 5 uninhabited islands in the seas. Anyone is free to join whether you be pirate or a rich nobleman it's up to you. I will leave the developing of the story up to you guys

IC: Captain Serena Ravenshere better known as the Siren gazed out of her cabin at the rolling waves. They had been hiding in this cove for almost three days from the British. Turning away she impatiently paced back and forth. She wanted to get back on the seas and searching for that damn treasure but as her luck would have it she stumbled right upon a secret opperation with the British government making her one the most wanted even more so then usual. She ran her hand through her hair in frustration and once more turned to look out her window.

Walking up to the captains cabin Robert Gunn knocked to be let in. He had served the Siren faithfully for almost her entire career as a buccaneer. He had recieved many wounds and fought many battles at her side and had eventually through hard work and the judicious use of his dagger a few times moved up the ranks to serve as he second in command. Even though he had removed rivals and higher ups he remained loyal to her thorughout. Afterall he had spent time with her as a virtual slave her in the caribbien on a sugar plantation for a while before they and a few others had decided to find a new life on the high seas.

Just then the door opened and he strode in to face his captain. "Cap'n, the Brits have called off the search and are headed on a north eastern course, probbably headed for St. Kitts, do you want me to get the boys ready to sail?" he asked. As he stood there before her he couldn't but help admit she was a beauty, and deadly as she was pretty....

"Come on, you want to help the captain out, don't you."
The bow and arrow was thrusted into his hands. He looked at it, unsure as he saw the faces of all the other sailors. They all urged him on.
"Of course I want to help the captain, but I just don't want too..."
"Listen, Rocky, your stupid right?"
Rocky felt a sting go to his heart, but it was true, he wasn't very smart. He nodded solemnly.
"That makes us smarter than you, right?"
He nodded again, although he didn't like where this was going.
"Then what we are saying is more inteligent than you not going through with it, don't you see?"
Rocky wasn't sure about that. He looked up at the biggest of sailors, a confused look in his eye.
"All right, look. This is a win win situation, we know this will work, and that makes you a hero in the eyes of all the sailors, and we know the captain will love this, and because you did it, she will love you, you know what I am talking about."
The other guys started giving out cat calls and whistling. He had no idea what they were talking about, but he couldn't fight those facts. Besides, if he didn't do what they say, he would get locked up in the bottom of the ship. Last time it took someone three days before they finally found him.
He pulled the string back, carefully aiming the arrow at one of the ship's.
It was a shot most anyone would miss. The wind was very strong inside the small cove, and didn't all flow in one direction. He carefully studied the wind, trying for the best possible exit. The ship itself was leaving the area, a moving target. He thought maybe about 3000 knots off, and going southwest. It was only a regular bow, a long bow should have been more suitable for this cause, but there wasn't one onboard yet. It was still in the process of being made in his room.
One. Two. Three.
He raised it high into the air, just between the ground and the sky. It was to the left, but the wind would take care of that soon enough. He breathed in deeply, looking at it's flight inside his own mind.
Beautiful. Perfect.
He let it fly.
The wind caught it just like he thought it would, sending it on a spiral climb up. It glided left, on a collision course with the ship. He watched, the bow at his side, as it reached the zenith, climbing as far as it would go. Then, like a stone it fell, fell right into one of the sails. It ripped a pretty big hole in the flag too. From that distance a bell could be heard. An alarm had been sounded on that ship.
"I can't believe he did it," the sailors all exchanged some money. Rocky just looked at them curiously. That was, until the ship began to turn around.
"Oh shit, you really did it now Rocky."
They all scrambled away. Rocky looked at them, and then back at the ship. He thought he had done the right thing, what could have possible gone wrong?

Lucas stood at the bow of the ship and watched as the waves splashed against it then smelled the air and smiled, he enjoyed the salt in the air. He loved being out here, away from everything and he loved being part of the crew. He looked around and saw that everyone was hard at work and he knew that he should be but it was hard to work when it was this beautiful first thing in the morning. He took a sip of the water from the jug that he held and looked out at the horizon, wondering what they were going to run into today and hoped that it was a fat galleon, loaded with treasure.

With that thought foremost on his mind he walked to the stern of the ship, his hand resting on the hilt of his rapier as he did.

Serena smiled at Robert when he gave her the news. 'yes!' she thought to herself 'no more waiting around'. She looked at Rober a gleam in her eye "yes ready the men" these words were just out of her mouth when she heard the alarm. "what the..." she hurried past Robert and out onto the deck. Looked around she saw the ship in the distance heading towards them. "Damnit!" she swore angrily. She looked to Robert "ready the men for battle and find me who is responsible for this!"

"I have to tell Serena," Rockingham picked up the bow and walked sulkingly to the door on the ship.
"No way," oneof the men grabbed him violently, "There's no time for that. We need you shooting arrows into that thing, you're the only one who can do it."
Rocky shook his head, "Any one can do it, I am not the only one."
He raised his fist, "You're doing it."
Rocky frowned. He grabbed a quiver and ran to the front of the ship. He stood on the very edge, looking at the approaching ship. It was still too far to pinpoint anything, from here he could barely make out walking figures as people. He would have to attack the ship in general, and hope for the best.
"Come on," he drew the string back, making sure the wind hadn't changed. It flew with a violent >THWANG< On the other side only a small flapping of the sail could be seen. He hit the sail again. Maybe if he destroyed the sail they couldn't move anymore. He grabbed another arrow, letting it fly into the wind.
The sail rocked back and forth violently as he hit it again and again.
"LOOK OUT," A huge explosion came from the ship. Rocky watched as a huge ball came out of their ship and made it's way here. It fell in the water, sending a big wall of water over the side. He got all wet.
They were close enough now. He picked out one of the ones standing still, and hoped he just hit them in the arm or something.

Robert

"Move your lilly livered hides ya swabs!" roared Robert as he strode on deck with his cutlass buckled on and his musket in his hand. "Gunny! Get your men to their cannons and prepare to fire! Thorunn! I want you to get ready to repel borders! And get your musketeers up to the bow NOW! Michael! I want men topside now getting those sail down for a fight! MOVE! Helm! As soon as the sails are set I want you too tack to port and get us a clear broadside! AND WHAT THE HELL IS ROCKY DOING!" he shouted as he strode toward Serena. Arriving next to her he pulled out a spyglass and looked at the oncoming vessel. "We'll get those bastards with a couple good broadsides Lady if I don't say so myself. Our boys have been spoiling for a fight for the last couple of days and this'll keep 'em happy. 'Sides, I know that flag and that do be Major Devrees out there, a loser of a lordling who acts like he's a big pirate catcher." he sneered as he handed her the glass.

Serena watched Robert issue orders and she smiled. She had done good when she had promoted him. He was a very important member in her crew. He moved back to her Arriving next to her he pulled out a spyglass and looked at the oncoming vessel. "We'll get those bastards with a couple good broadsides Lady if I don't say so myself. Our boys have been spoiling for a fight for the last couple of days and this'll keep 'em happy. 'Sides, I know that flag and that do be Major Devrees out there, a loser of a lordling who acts like he's a big pirate catcher." Her smile grew, Robert was right, the men were spoiling for a fight and this Major Devrees did deserve to be put in his place. Looking to Robert she nodded "lets show this big pirate catcher just what he's trying to catch!"

Rocky shot another arrow. He stopped abruptly as his name was called very loudly. He looked up to the back of the ship. There they were, Serena and Robert. His heart slumped deeply in his chest. He didn't want to tell them, but he didn't want to not tell them either.
Rocky slowly walked over there. His bow dragging behind him. He made his way up the stairs, all the time just looking down at the floor.
"I'm sorry Serena, I... the guys said you would like it if I shot... they wanted me to do it... I was the only one who could.... they said you wouldn't yell at me."
Tears filled his eyes.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean too."

Lucas looked over at the other ship as the arrows flew from it and into his ship. He knew that he had to stop whoever was shooting those arrows. He picked up his bow and looked over at the ship, wondering where the person was until he saw an arrow fly from one specific area and aimed there. With a slight noise the arrow flew towards the ship and hopefully towards the person that was shooting those arrows.

Even if it hadn't of hit the person the arrow must have landed close enough for the person to think twice about letting loose another one.

Robert

As Robert and the Siren were discussing possible plans to keep the enemy ship mostly intact for a prize ship, Rocky came towards them. "Deverees may be a pig and a horrible captain, but he does have a fine vessel. Lets try our best to take it for a prize crew, would you Robert?" The Siren asked as Rocky stepped in front of them and mumbled a few words and then broke into tears. Looking at him initially with hard eyes, then hearing what he was mumbling they melted a little. "Rocky me lad, I did be telling ya that ya no need be doing all things the crew wanted. That be alright anyhow boy, the crew needed some action. But for punishment I want you here by the Siren to watch her back when she do be boarding the enemy. And ye stay at her back and keep it safe, or I'll have your guts out by the end o' the day with me skinning knife. Do ye unner'stan?" he looked long and hard into the young man's eyes, then nodding looked back up at the Siren.

"I agree with yer plan Lady, and I think it'll be just fine. Thorunn! WHERE THE HELL ARE MY MUSKETEERS! And I think we can even get a ransom for his royalness." he finished for a smile. For Devrees was the son of the French Govener of St. Martin. And THAT ransom would be quite handsome. And there the three stood as the ships now drew closer...

Serena frowned when Rocky approached them and she had control a smile that threatened. She had every right to be angry with him but it was hard to stay angry with Rocky, the crew did pick on him an awful lot. Looking to Robert "That is a very good idea, Rocky you shall watch my back but you had better watch it good. Robert here is true to his words". Looking towards the ship in the distance she smiled in antisapation of the things to come. Then glancing at Robert again "I want this Deverees alive"

Rocky felt better. He nodded at the request.
"I got you, I will be right behind you."
He jumped below deck... A sword. He needed a sword or something. Usually watching a person's back required a sword or other sharp thing to help with the fighting of the bad guys. His bow was slumped over one shoulder.
"Come on... sword, sword sword sword."
There in the corner was a broom. He sighed, there had to be something besides a broom.
He checked the war room's closet. The only thing in there was a mace, and for the life of him he didn't even know which way to hold it, much less how to use it. Everyone else had taken the weapons. Which left him with a broom.
He broke off the sweeping part, and it didn't look half bad as a quarterstaff. He breathed in deeply and made his way back up. A broom in one hand, and a bow over his shoulder, he was ready to kick ass.
"I am ready whenever you are," he said to the captain.

"I'll do my best Cap'n, and if you don't mind I'll be joining Thorunn in the bow to join the first parties across." Just then a shout issued from the rigging letting the Captain know the sails were set. Nodding to Rocky, then bowing to Serena, Robert strode towards the bow where he met up with Thorunn, a Norwegean. "Ready to spill some blood mate?" Robert asked his old friend. "Aye, that I am." was his reply. Adressing the boarding party in the bow along with the musketeers stationed there to pick off any enemies who were stupid enough to show themselves on deck in a few moments. "Men, we need Major Devrees alive. I repeat ALIVE. He's worth a lot of money so if he's causing problems let me or the Siren know and we'll handle it for you. Otherwise do what you need to take this ship as a prize. And remember, if some surrender take them up on it, then offer them positions if they seem of the right stuff to you. Good luck boys." with that he strode to the railing just as the ship started to heel to her left and looking back saw Serena right by the Helmsman directing him where she wanted the ship positioned. Smiling tightly to himself Robert turned back towards the enemy.

Serena had to stop herself from laughing when she saw Rocky standing ready with a broken broom as a weapon. Shaking her head she motioned to the cabin boy who was hiding in a corner. He approached her "Yes Mam?" he asked his eyes somewhat fearful. "Oh do please stop that I do not bite" then a grin lit her face "unless asked. Ok I want you to give me your sword and go hide in my cabin since it's better then that corner" The cabin boy handed her his sword then with a hasty bow he ran off to her cabin. Shaking her head Serena turned back to Rocky and handed him the sword hilt first. "be carful with that thing it's sharp" and with that she head to the helmsman to direct him.

Lucas watched as the ship drew ever closer and knew that there was going to be a battle ahead. He turned and raced to the captain, "Sir, what are we doing. We can't get closer to that ship; they are pirates and will kill us or throw us overboard to the sharks."
"That is precisely why we are going to capture that ship and take its crew to the prisons."
Lucas walked away and shook his head, You pompous ass. You are going to get us all killed he thought as he walked towards the starboard side of the ship and watched as the pirate came ever closer so close that he could see each individual pirate, especially a weird one carrying a broken broom handle?

Robert

With a throaty chuckle and wide grin Robert watched as the enemy came closer instead of holding off some distance and getting into a slugging match with their cannons, a fight Devrees probably could have one, but instead the fool was coming in close where the advantage was THEIRS. Turning back to look again at Serena, Robert felt the familiar surge of pride that he always felt before going into battle for her. "The crew stands ready my Lady." he bellowed across the deck to her and seeing her answering smile and nod of her head he turned back to the enemy. Just then the helmsman swung the ship to port and with a shout from the Siren, all of their broadsides on that side erupted in smoke and fire yearning to destroy the ememy's ability to fight....

Serena stood at the helm smiling at Robert before yelling a command to begin the seige. drawing her sword she licked her lips antisapating the battle ahead.

Rocky waited beside the captain, a sword in his hand. This sword was heavy, very heavy, something he wasn't used to. He liked rapier type swords, this was almost a two handed one. It was big and bulky. It was the only thing he had that was anywhere near close enough to a weapon though. He sighed, waiting for the bad guys.
They came. Rows upon rows of british soldiers came across, landing on the ship. Rocky went for one of the first ones, raising his sword, the man easily knocked it across the deck. In a panic he ran backwords, what would he use now. The broomstick poked him from his side. He looked down...
That was all he had.
He picked it up, intent on being brutal with it. As long as he didn't give up, he would be all right. The man who had thrown his sword went for him again. Rockingham dodged, hitting him with the broomhandle in the ass. He screamed falling to the floor. Rocky hit him again, causing the sword to fly out of his hands. It went overboard.
Rocky jumped to another one, who was starting to cut ropes and things on their boat. He squinted hard, rapping the man in the knuckles. He cried out, walking backwards. Rocky had the handle at length between them. Luckily he had gone out to the plank. This was better than he hoped.
The man didn't like his options apparently, he jumped.
He turned around, two men awaited him on the other side of the plank. Uh oh, this wasn't good at all. He looked over to the captain for help. She was busy with her own problems for the time being though.
He didn't have much of a choice himself.
A rope mad it's way across his field of vision. A rope... one from the other ship. A rope was just what he needed. Quickly he sheathed the broomstick and grabbed for the rope, going towards the other boat. He didn't quite have a good grip though, and fell right on his ass. At least he didn't fall into the water though. There was little chance of getting back up, once you were down.
Up, and his broom in hand he awaited attack. There was none though. Surprisingly, everyone was fighting on the other ship. This one was completely empty. Rocky laughed, he couldn't believe it. Singe handedly he had taken over a ship. Over on the other ship, his friends were having some trouble. He had to do something to help.
What about buckets? There were a few buckets on deck, he tied them up to ascending ropes and threw them over. They kept hitting different people, he really didn't know how to aim. He just hoped that none of them were his friends.

Robert

"Hmph, someone's got their head screwed on right." thought Robert as the other ship quickly swung in close to their ship after being raked several times by the Siren's cannons. Just as they got close his musketeers swept the aft deck with a close volley of fire mowing several ranks of sailors and soldiers down. Then the enemy came over the decks onto their ship. For the next few moments Robert's vision was a blur of sword swings, pistol fire, punches, kicks and blood as he fought with his men in the front lines to keep the British Soldiers from taking the deck. As his men finished off the last few soldiers there he turned to the aft deck only to see Rocky invade the other ship, alone. "What the hell is he doing? No one else followed him over!?!" he thought as he began to hack his way through the surging masses of men on the main deck of the ship to reach the side of his beloved Captain. "God let her be alright" he prayed as he saw her disappear behind a wall of red coats...

There was someone on the empty ship. She had just waken up from a nap. Her Uncle put her in this room and locked the door, telling her to stay in here. She refused to, so in order to protect her he locked her in like some prisoner. She knew how to fight, but her Uncle Devrees didn't want her fighting, for fear of her getting hurt. Well no one was going to keep Lilly locked in a door. Throughout this whole voyage she developed strong muscles and started to turn into a boy more than a girl. She even dressed the part, a white shirt and a pair of dark brown pants. To top it off she wore big black boots. She looked around the room for anything to knock the door down with and all she found was a Rapier, well it was better than nothing she first looked to see if the hinges were on the inside, they weren't. She grumbled to herself and got frustrated and kicked the door as hard as she could. A crack could be seen and she smiled at her success. She kicked it again and the crack grew. She kicked it a third time and it finally broke. Sword in hand she ran out of the room and into the open air. Lilly realized that the boat was empty and that a battle was going on, that's when she saw someone down on the deak, a man with a broomstick? Throwing buckets to the other ship and missing terribly? "Hey you.......", she jumped down onto the deck, she put the sword on her belt and as she ran she tackled him.

Rocky loaded up another bucket, when he saw something brown out of the corner of his eye. He turned just in time to see someone tackle him. With a loud thud he hit the floorboards, taking whoever it was with him. They struggled, falling to the ground. Rocky jumped away from the tangled mess, arming himself with his stick. He was ready for anything...
anything except a girl.
It was a girl.
He smiled, "Ummm, Hi my name is..."
He raised the stick as she took out a sword, swinging at him. His broom handle broke in two, flying out of his hands.
"Whoah... whoah..." he put up his arms, taking a few steps back, "Wait just a minute. Calm down. I just came over here because they were hurting my friends over there. I was trying to help them, but then I lost my sword, and then I used a broom handle, but they ganged up on me. I had to jump over before they hurt me, and then I saw you."
He didn't want to fight a girl, he really didn't want to fight anyone. Truth be told, he didn't really understand fighting, and avoided it except if he had too. Sweat was starting to slide down his forehead. What if she wanted to fight him. What could he possibly do... especially if she was good. He wouldn't stand a chance.
"My name is Rockingham, but you can call me Rocky."

She rolled out of the way and indeed swung at him braking his broomstick in half. Lilly saw how his eyes widen, so he was afraid of facing a girl? This guy really needed some work. She placed her sword back on her belt buckle. "It's more like missing horribly rather than throwing," she said finally. Lilly thought it better not to tell him that she was the niece of Major Devrees. "Your friends seem to be doing well though, the battle is almost over I hope my.......captain is alright. He's always going after pirates, this isn't a first time he's done this and it won't be the last," Lilly sighed. She noticed that the ship was sinking. "Well first thing is first, I am Lilly, and second thing this boat is sinking, we have to get to the other ship," Lilly looked around for a rope of some sort. The only thing she found was a bucket and 50 ft of rope. She thought some more and realized her plan, she took the bucket and the rope, she tied the rope to the handle of the bucket and started to spin it like you would a grapling hook. She then threw it over to the other ship and it hooked onto the crows nest, Lilly smiled at her success. "Com' on," She grabed hold of the rope and grabbed him and jumped off the ship, flying towards the pirate one.

Rocky nodded. She was a very resourceful character. He would have to stay beside her from now on. The last thing he wanted to do was get hurt. He hated getting hurt. Pain was very painful.
Rocky climbed after her, going from one ship to the other. Lily got off of the crow's nest right before him. He touched down, looking back at where they had come from.
The ship was sinking, he hadn't seen that. It went down faster than any he had ever seen. Water came bubbling up onto the deck. If anyone else was in there, they didn't have a chance.
Rocky shook his head, "I don't know what to do," he said honestly, "the captain said to take prisoners. The problem is, I'm sort of your prisoner, although we're on my captain's ship."
If he were any smarter, he'd know exactly how to solve this situation. However, he wasn't very smart. He had no clue as to how to handle this.
"What do you think we should do Lily?" She seemed smart enough. She would know how to get out of a mess like this.

Robert

By the time he had fought his way to his captain, the fight was over. The Siren had defeated DeVrees and was supervising his surrender and imprisonment. Looking at her Robert checked for any wounds visually, and seeing none walked to the railing to watch the Major's ship disappear into the oceans depths. "Damn, what a waste" he thought as it sank from sight. Turning around he yelled to the second mate to get the deck cleared of the dead and to round up all the prisoners. Turning back to the captain he awaited her instructions.
