Piercings

How do they actually go about piercing the hood of your clit? Is it usually a female piercer? How long does it take? Are you able to walk home afterwards? Does it hurt?

So many questions... and irony is I'd never get it done in a million years. I'm just curious. It's not the kind of thing that people tend to talk about openly. :rose:

My daughter had the clit hood pierced--by a man--he said he's done HUNDREDS--she said it stung slightly-then it was over-took about 30-45 seconds---she walked out-no pain and is still happy with it a year later.

I have two in each ear-and had my tongue pierced.---On the tongue-if you get thru the first 3 days (with the swelling) you're fine and back in the party---Hubby LOVES it-really endorces tongue rings!!

A friend of mine put a gauze pad soaked with Anbesol (Yes, the toothache stuff) over the area she was having done -- for about half an hour prior -- and she said it made a world of difference. EMLA cream (Rx required in the U.S. - don't know about other places) is also an option for numbing.

I tried the Anbesol with my piercing. It still hurt (for about 2 seconds), but I'm sure it would've been much worse. I also used the it in conjunction with cleaning/rotating it for the first couple of days. No pain at all.

It's just tingly now -- and wickedly distracting.

Pierced my left ear in highschool football... looked like a pirate. Let it heal over and haven't gotten anything pierced since.

One tattoo, right forearm: "Light never dies."

Am still wincing! Chickened out of getting my nose pierced the other day, but I'm quite glad because I found out that my date for tomorrow night hates piercings. Wish me luck! :p

Okay -- who's got what pierced? Do you like it? Would you do it again?

(Data gathering mode here. Considering a new one for me.)

I'm pierced and I love it ;)
