Hi. I had mine done Friday and it hardly hurts. I didn't feel when he pierced the first one, and the only reason I felt the second one was that he told me he was doing it. The clamp they use is what I felt the most.. it feels like putting a clothespin on your nipple. If you can handle that, the piercing is just like that
