I have a tiny tattoo of an "x" in the web between the thumb and index finger of my left hand, a baby taz on my ankle, three moons and a pentagram on my back, and a rose above my right breast.
I have my left ear pierced 5 times, the right three (All teeny tiny barely visible gold hoops) my tongue, and navel are pierced (My eyebrow used to be but I took it out for my job)
I also have a lock of hair in the back at the nape of my neck that is naturally pitch black. It's been there for as long as I can remember
(the rest of my hair is lightbrown with reddish highlights naturally, with fake blonde streaks in the front) yay

My goodness Angel! Thanks for sharing. I wish I'd been brave enough to get a tatt when I was younger - partner threw a fit. Now that he's not so conservative I'm too chicken. The tiny gold hoops sound lovely - I have an earring fetish but just the traditional one hole per ear I'm afraid.
Well....I have a cartoon character tatooed on my ass. Yeppers, left cheek sports a cute little quarter size tattoo of a long ago super hero. Also got a belly ring, which a very special person gave me a new diamond stud for at Christmas. As for birthmarks...got three. All are the same shape, size and color. One is on my right ankle and the other two are on my back. My daughter inherited it from me and her's is on her chin....she hates it. Oh well!! It's all in the genes, I guess?! I said genes, Rocky Springs, not jeans....get your mind back here, LOL.

I have three tattoos, one on each ankle and one nicely placed in a hidden spot. I have another one coming soon on my bicep area of my left arm.......I have tattoos of Taz (the ole devil), tribal band and a rendering of a motorcycle hanging it out on a corner (taken from actual photos of me riding)......the one that will be adorning me shortly will be another tribal band on my upper-middle left bicep area. No birthmarks though, that I have found.....

The Wife has one on her right thigh of a smiling sunshine and she wants to get a dragon put on her lower back and I keep telling her that I will bribe the Artist to put the words "Enter Here", with an arrow pointing twords her ass, below the dragon on her lowere back.. I have, of course my ears pierced, twice in each ear. Also I decided to get my belly button pierced. And let me tell you...that hurt so damn bad for almost two weeks, that my piercings definitely stop there!!! It is great now and am so happy to have had it done. I think a nice flat firm tummy bearing a lil' gold belly button ring, is just one of the sexiest things to look at!

In all honesty, a tongue piercing is NOTHING compared to the pain of a navel piercing. I was in SO much pain that I was tempted to take it out. I'm glad I didnt though because I like it. The tongue piercing didn't really hurt at all, and was just uncomfortable for a few days.

Hmmm. I've got one hole in each ear (of course), but I've been seriously considering getting two tattoos.. One of the I Ching idiogram for Chaos on the back of my neck and the idiogram for harmony on the small of my back.. I figure my manic-depression is the one thing that will stay with me for the rest of my life.
I hear those two spots hurt like a bitch though.. Do they? Considering my paralyzing fear of needles and my financial situation, I have no idea how I'll the money or the balls to do it. Maybe in Canada this year.. Who knows.

I heard that the single most painful place to get a tattoo is on your lower back. The one on my upper back hurt like hell though. My Ex got one on his neck and said that it didn't hurt, but he's a chronic liar LOL.m(Which is why he's an EX)

I think your own sensitivity on the rest of the body would be a big issue. I have one on my lower back (left side) that was okay for the more central half and then he hit a nerve or something--I bled like crazy and it hurt like hell. But it appeared to have been the luck of the draw. I need to have it redone/touched up. Postponing that though....

It will be very sweet...hopefully. I do have to agree with Angel tho, getting your tougne pierced is one of the easiest ones to do. lowest risk of infection and it heals the fastest out of all piercings. Navel piercings take about 4 -5 times as long to heal as your tougne.
They are kinda like sex and pringles....once you pop, you don't stop. : )

And I think the jewelry is beautiful. I can't wait to get my belly button pierced and if that goes well, a hood piercing, which my piercer says is a cool piercing in that it hurts when it's done, then it never hurts again. On my left hip (front pelvic area), feathers from a dream catcher. I personally did not think they hurt to much. Granted it is not something I would want to do every day but not that painful. I would suggest that you be sure this is what you really want. A piercing can be removed easily but tattoos are there for life unless you want to have very expensive removal.
Be sure that you will be happy with the design you choose. Me personally, I wanted alot of color. The way I see it, if I am going to spend that much money and time I wanted something that I could enjoy.
