So, I've been meaning to either get a tat or get my nose piered. I'm trying to decided which to get? Any suggestions?

What kind of ring would you put inthe piercing?

Where is the tat going to go, and what is it of?

We need more info here to help :p

If you're unsure, I'd say piercing. Rings and barbels can be removed, tats not so much. ;)

I agree with Min...if you're unsure, you go reversible.

Or you can get both! :p

You just want more tongue targets, eh gorgeous? ;)

hmmmm...ok, nose piercing? maybe not so much...

That could be it, but I'm not much into licking noses.
However, I do have my tongue pierced. ;)

A lil stud on my nose is what I was thinking. As for the tat, my lower back...something tribal...something that can be hidden when I get a real job one of these days.

What else do you need to know?

I really should have thought about that getting a real job someday thing - I have the words "Don't worry, I'll catch you" with a musical note on the inside of my left wrist.

They both sound good :) Lower back is a great place for a tat

All of my tats can be hidden, two on my torso & one on my wrist that can be covered with a watch, but I've never had a job where that was necessary. So many people have tats now that they're pretty much overlooked by employers as long as they're not obscene.

The tongue ring actually bothered more employers than the tats did. Go figure. :D

Hehe......i like that. But yeah that is one of my reasons I'm undecided. If I was back home it wouldn't matter as much but here it wouldn't go over too well I think.

Haha, yeah. I work at Borders and when I asked about the tattoo they were fine with it and immediately thereafter told me I couldn't have facial piercings.

Good thing the tongue isn't on my face.

Oh? Never heard that before.

I've heard it a few times, the last being earlier this week by a guy who was talking about tattoos and that came flying out of his mouth. To me, it's just the trendy place to get one.

:) ......but that makes deciding on just one difficult....maybe get both one now and the other later when I can afford it.

Well, not exactly like one can be completely original when deciding where a tattoo will go, just what it will be of. I mean there are people with tattoos covering their entire bodies.

I wish I had the money to get the sleeves I've been dreaming about for years.
