After 10yrs with no significant problems my nipple piercing has (I think) got a mild infection. I'm pretty sure I know how it hapened and how to stop it happening again. But aside from cleaning it regularly, is there anything else I should be doing to help it heal? I remember zinc cream is good for tattoos but I can't remember if it's a good thing for piercings.
