Admittedly, I've only ever had private places pierced temporarily. However, I'm considering getting either my clit, clithood, or inner labia pierced in the relatively near future. I already know about the pain; that only excites me more. What I worry about is that jewelry might get in the way during masturbation or social sexual situations. (Apparently I'm fond of alliteration in this post... hm...)
