hi,im thinking about getting something pierced.im thinking about my eyebrow.i know it will piss my boss off.i just love to get him mad.i could pierce my nipple.im not sure about that.i`ve heard stories from girls it makes them hornie all the time.tell me what you think.if you do piercings let me know.

I've never had the pleasure of experiencing a piercing so I can't help you. It's something I've always been curious about though. Not what you were hoping to read, I know, but I had to throw my 2 cents in.

It seems that everyone I know is pierced in some way or another.

Just a warning about eyebrow piercings: this could be a rumor, but lots of people say that, over time, an eyebrow piercing will deform the bone. This sounds reasonable to me, because I have a cartilage piercing, and my ear is starting to conform to the shape of the loop. Weird!

I don't neccessarily find piercings sexy or not sexy...but earrings in blond men are just a no-no, in my opinion.

Don't get a piercing to piss somebody off. That's a stupid reason. Do it because you like the way it looks or enjoy self-decoration. If your career is on the line, don't do it!

uhoh.....

um....that thing about blond men..... is that an Absolute rule, or just a guideline?

Peirced

From a female point of view, I find an eyebrow piercing much sexier than a nose or lip. Have yet to have the pleasure of "knowing" a man with a tongue ring, so I'll reserve judgement on that. I have my navel pierced, it was quick and relatively painless. (Naturally this isn't an option for straight men, but you asked so I told!) I have found that I absently play with my piercing all the time. While both my ears are done, I never consider them a sexual stimulant ... my bellybutton on the other hand is super sensitive ... not sure what type of sensitivity it may create in other locations, but my view is, you only live your life once. If you waste your time wondering or worrying what other people think, you've wasted the chance to be a perfectly exciting individual.

Sorry, MinkSoul. I've never seen a blond man with an earring that I didn't think looked girly.

Definitely a guideline, and I would even refute that. My husband is blond with green eyes, and had both ears pierced with 12 gauge silver loops, as well as an eyebrow and tongue peircing. They all looked great on him. So no worry about restrictions on blond men. Entirely personal preference.

Like I said, my husband looked great in his piercings. He's also 6'3" and built like a hockey player, so I don't think anyone would accuse him of excessively feminine qualities.

slowly backs out of the room......then runs to the mirror and looks...... swishes his hips a little....

Naaa....

:D

Drag tryouts?

*Laughing*

Sorry Mink, not quite enough swish, and a little too much facial hair ... looks like you pass for a male, earring/s and all!!

Just us?

C'mon now ... amongst all these liberal minded people are we the only few pierced?

Alright everyone, fess up ... you know you have them, you just hide them at work!! :)

I really wouldn't get something pierced just to *piss off your boss* I mean hello this is your job, how you LIVE....unless you're 16.

I LOVED my eyebrow piercing, but I felt my job was a bit more important than a gold bar in my face.

And I don't see how an eyebrow piercing would deform your bone, it's only through the skin...

Honest advice.. don't pierce yourself for idiotic reasons. Pierce because you genuinely desire to have this piercing. Because like it or not it will be with you forever. Be it the jewlery, the hole that never closes or a scar. And if you give a damn about your career, don't pierce yourself to *piss off your boss*...I mean as an adult you really should be more mature than to poke holes in your face to rebel against authority figures.

I'm pretty much with everyone else here. Don't pierce just to piss someone off. It's going to hurt, there's a chance of infection and maybe a scar. Do you really want that just to piss someone off?

I don't want to come off like I'm against piercing, I have a total of 10 earrings and I'm thinking of getting my tongue done, but that's the facts.

I've heard since an eyebrow is a surface piercing, it's going to reject sooner or later. I could be wrong, though.

Iris...

I've heard that as well. I guess it depends on the skin and the pierce itself though, because I know someone who's had theirs pierced for 20 years and it hasn't moved and yet my brother in law has his done for 3 and it migrated out early last year.

I LOVED my eyebrow piercing, once I found a jewlery style that didn't cause more pain than good. (I've found that I can't wear rings in my eyebrow and navel, I HAVE to wear barbells)

But I still cannot stress enough...if you only want a pierce to piss someone off, you are NOT ready to commit to a body piercing. Any good and respectable piercer will tell you that and will not pierce you.
