It's a totally solid circular steel bar and YES it's heavy, but it feels incredible when I'm not hard (which isn't often..), and when I am, the weight makes absolutely no difference to my erection. And yes, it stays in for sex . Have to be creative with oral sometimes, but that can only be a good thing after all.
