Pierced Clit?

Ladies, why do you pierce yours? Is it painful? Does it offer more satisfaction? Looks pretty scary to me

I'm not pierced, although at one time I contemplated having it done as many of the lovely ladies of my acquaintance had theirs pierced and expressed delight in having them. The reason I decided not to was that I found I didn't enjoy going down on women with piercings as much as going down on those without. I don't like the clinking against my teeth.

I have had my clit pierced for a number of years. It is a horizontal hood piercing (not the actual clit itself - that would be a little scary I think). The actual experience of having it pierced was really good with only a brief moment of pain. And both my bf and I thinkit looks great. Initially it really increased the sensitivity as the ball of the piercing actually rested on my clit. Now sensitivity is about the same as it always was. During sex it makes no difference. During oral sex it is fun for both of us, once my bf got used to it and it stopped "clacking" on his teeth!. No plans to get rid of mine and may even get a larger gauge at some point.

it is not always just a the hood. One of my friends has her clitoral shaft pierced.

I had a girlfriend a while back whose friend had had her clit pierced, and apparently it really added to her pleasure. (My then gf and her other friends weren't interested, though.)

As Switch says, you can have the clitoris itself pierced, but I would have had to know and trust that piercer for a long time before I ventured that far.

Yes it would heal if I took it out but not sure how long it would take.

the healing process is different for different people one of my friends piercing closed-up after only three months and another who after many years and found it became suddenly irritating still hasn't healed and it's been more than 18 months.

i have dated a couple of ladies with different vaginal piercings. one said that when she got the clit piercing, she lost all sensitity to her clit, but one girl said she can have orgasms walking. i havent heard negative effects from the hood piercings. i myself have a frenum (see profile picture)
