I have to wonder about this thread. If I ever send my picture to someone I do so because I trust them. It is a private matter. It seems to me that even posting a list of people who's picture you've seen is stepping over that line of trust.

The only exception, in my mind, would be those people who have chosen to post their pictures in public already.
