HOW DO YOU POST A POEM WITH AN EMBEDDED IMAGE?
CURIOUS MINDS WANT TO KNOW !!

I have asked this before and was told to e-mail our webmistress. I have done so three times and have yet to get a response. :(

Can anyone tell me how to do it?

Regards, Rybka

When you submit a poem, have you ever left any instructions in the space provided for notes? Maybe something telling them to insert, for example:

You can also submit poems in Word's (Rich Text Format) rtf file. In word, you can insert images. Perhaps the rtf file format supports this?

If so, submit at the bottom and wait a couple of days to see it posted.

Also, it's very important that you own the copyright to the image you wish to post with your poem.

I need to upload to the Literotica URL - HOW?

W.E. and Judo, Thanks for the response.
I have been told previously that an image must be on the Literotica website in order to use it in a submitted work. This seems to be true. I tried one poem with my image on another URL and it did not show up. However, I cannot discover how to upload an image to this website. The only time I did it was when I uploaded my "Rybka" picture. I have sent e-mails asking for instruction but I have never gotten a response. :(

Rybka--

Laurel will not, as a general rule, answer questions that have already been answered in FAQ.

You cannot use the way, because this will most likely means you don't own the copyright to it, but if you do, say so in the space provided for notes and everything should be OK.

You cannot use the Rich Text Format either, because you need the pictures as .jpg or .gif to put them in web pages. It would be too much trouble for them to extract the image from the .rtf, they won't do it.

I guess that the easiest way is to follow the instrutions in FAQ:

- I want to submit an illustrated story. What are the guidelines?

We love to receive stories with complementing photos or artwork. All art within the story, like the story itself, must be your original work - i.e. photographs that you yourself took, or paintings or drawings that you yourself created. Those illustrated in the art must be over the age of 18.

In the future, you will be able to submit an Illustrated story through the scripts. For now, attach the text of the story, along with the photos (separately, as .jpgs or .gifs, if possible) to an email addressed to submit@literotica.com. Be sure to include your Member name, and to make notes within the body of the story showing us where you want each picture placed.
