I think you can get free pic resizer tools online. Hope you can, would LOVE to see your pics! A horny daddy here, but live in MA! *sigh*

Open your picture with Microsoft Office Picture Manager, click the Edit button at the top and in the right panel you will see a resize option. I have done it many times. Piece of cake.

Where are you trying to upload the pic(s)? To your profile? A thread?
Are you sure it meets the file size requirements listed wherever you're trying to upload it? If not, you can use a program like GIMP (which is like a free version of Photoshop) to pare down the file size, crop, change the dimensions, do all sorts of cool things to your pics, etc.
There are detailed instructions for uploading, attaching and hotlinking pics in our FAQs thread. Have you read through those yet?
